A. General Conditions
- Vehicle care services are available at a number of Toyota Service Centers at Abdul Latif Jameel Retail Company. To find out the details of the services and where they are available, please call 8004400055.
- It is required not to wash the vehicle for two days if any of the vehicle care services is performed.
- These services are valid until May 31, 2024.
- The warranty is forfeited in the event the vehicle is exposed to traffic accidents - God forbid - that directly affected the nano-ceramic works, paint protection and thermal films.
- The warranty shall be forfeited in cases of misuse, such as removing and sticking protective films of paint and thermal insulation, or spraying them with colors and paints, or using strong chemicals on their layers, or using materials not intended for washing cars, or otherwise.
- The warranty is forfeited if the customer removes any of the services sold to him outside the center.
- The company has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Benefiting from these services cancels all existing discount contracts and agreements.
- These services cannot be replaced with any other maintenance services and are used as mentioned.
- This document does not entail any responsibilities, obligations, rights, or claims conflicting to what is stated and according to the company’s intentions.
B. Paint Protection Film service

- 2. A five-years warranty that includes film and installation defects (such as sizes, cuts, or the presence of bubbles) provided that the customer comes to check and review the condition of the vehicle two days after the date of installation.
- 3. In case there is an old film on the vehicle, the customer bears the costs of removing it and any damages that may result during the removal process, such as paint defects and the effect of thermal lines.
C. Nano Ceramic service

- 2. Two-years warranty on nano-ceramic exterior service. And a one-year warranty on the internal nano-ceramic service, provided that the customer brings the vehicle to the service center every 6 months for a free product inspection.
- 3. The warranty forfeits from the affected areas of the external nano-ceramic service in case of stubborn stains such as: birds droppings
- 4. The warranty forfeits from the affected areas for the internal nano-ceramic service in the event of stubborn stains such as: berry syrups of all kinds, coffee and blood stains
- 5. The warranty for the nano-ceramic service is forfeited in case that the vehicle is polished outside the center, contrary to the instructions, whether internally or externally.
- 6. The warranty will be forfeited in case that the appointment for the free inspection and review of the vehicle's condition is not registered within the specified periods for the nano-ceramic service.
D. Detailing service

Will the technician remove the chairs in the polishing process?
No, the technician will not remove the chairs when polishing.
What are the interior areas included in the polishing service?
Such as: seats, doors, floors, pedals, trunk, ceiling, ... etc.
What are the external areas included in the polishing service?
All external parts from the bumper to the bumper (not including the engine compartment).
Is polishing done with water or steam or both?
Polishing is done with water and chemicals only without the use of steam.
Will the technician remove the additional chair covers (chair coverings) and the plastic floor covering and then do the service on the chairs and floors?
No, the technician will not remove the extra chair cover or the plastic floor covering and requires the customer to remove it before bringing the vehicle to the branch to perform the service.
What is the warranty of the thermal insulation service?
Five-year warranty covering film and installation defects
What are the available colors for thermal insulation service?
Several colors are available for the thermal insulator, and the responsibility for choosing the colors lies with the customer.
